Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking an experienced OSHC or children’s services leader to coordinate the Glen Iris OSHC service. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with children and families, and shape engaging programs where every child feels safe and excited to be there.

This permanent part-time role offers morning and afternoon shifts, 2 hours admin time weekly, and generous superannuation plus allowances. You’ll work with supportive managers to help the service thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised).
• Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Australian work rights.

MACSEYE is looking for an experienced OSHC or children's services leader to join us as the Coordinator of our Glen Iris OSHC service.

You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, build strong relationships with children and families, and help create engaging programs where every child feels safe, included and excited to be there.

Permanent Part-Time $41–$45/hr + Super + Allowances

Rostered Hours

Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week
