Job summary

MACSEYE is seeking an experienced OSHC or children’s services leader to coordinate the Norlane OSHC service in Geelong. You will lead a small team, build strong relationships with children and families, and create engaging programs where every child feels safe and included.

This permanent part-time role offers morning and afternoon shifts with admin time weekly, paying $41–$45 per hour plus super and allowances. Experience in OSHC is essential and Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) completed or in progress.
• Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• Strong communication and a collaborative approach.
• Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Educators to deliver high-quality care.
• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities across ages.
• Prioritise safety, wellbeing, and inclusive environments.
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and MACSEYE staff.
• Ensure programming, administration and regulatory compliance.
