Job summary

The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Bedford Park – TMO Unit is seeking a part-time Medical Professional Development Officer to provide admin support and process medical PD reimbursement claims for medical officers across SALHN.

You will verify receipts and invoices, maintain accurate records, generate reports for managers and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant claims and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ledger/payroll systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process medical professional development reimbursement claims in accordance with enterprise agreements and policies.
• Verify documentation such as receipts, invoices, declarations and travel diaries for evidence and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of claims in the SA Health Medical PD database and generate reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows and timely resolution of enquiries.
