Job summary

CBRE is seeking an entry-level Analyst in Brisbane to support the Queensland Industrial & Logistics team with data management, research and market analysis. You will assist brokers and analysts, helping to maintain accurate market information that informs client decisions and transaction outcomes.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop your career in brokerage, analytics or related areas.

Qualifications

Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to build a career in commercial property.
Strong interest in commercial real estate and property markets.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Researching, preparing and maintaining property and market databases.
Supporting the preparation of client presentations, pitches, market reviews and internal analysis.
Maintaining and updating property information within MIQ and Salesforce.
Recording lease enquiries, client requirements and market opportunities with accuracy.
Conducting title searches, company research and market intelligence gathering.
Assisting with analysis including vacancy tracking, deal evidence and market reporting.
Collaborating with brokerage teams and internal stakeholders to deliver timely market insights.
Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, processes and reporting outcomes.
