Entry-level analyst role focusing on market intelligence in a leading Queensland industrial & logistics team.
Strong interest in commercial real estate and property markets.
Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Research, prepare and maintain property and market databases.
Support creation of client presentations, pitches, market reviews and internal analyses.
Maintain and update property information in MIQ and Salesforce.
Record lease enquiries and market opportunities with high accuracy.
Conduct title searches, company research, and market intelligence gathering.
Assist with vacancy tracking, deal evidence and market reporting.
Collaborate with brokerage teams to deliver timely market insights.
