Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Brisbane is seeking a highly organised Leasing Support Assistant to join our Queensland Industrial & Logistics team. You will coordinate marketing campaigns, manage listings, and support leasing and sales campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and data integrity across multiple systems.

You will assist with documentation, client management and presentations, contributing to a fast-paced brokerage environment with a global platform and diverse health, wellbeing and lifestyle

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, team support or coordination role, preferably within commercial real estate.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating marketing campaigns, property listings, submissions and information memorandums.
• Managing deal and property data across Salesforce, Deal Tracker and Market IQ.
• Preparing lease and sales documentation, tenancy schedules, WALE reports and cashflow analysis.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly organised and proactive Leasing Support Assistant to join our Queensland Industrial & Logistics team.

Supporting a high-performing brokerage team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, coordinating marketing and administration activities, and ensuring the smooth delivery of leasing and sales campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing lease and sales documentation, tenancy schedules, WALE reports and cashflow analysis
• Supporting agents with client management, database administration and enquiry tracking
• Assisting with presentations, auctions, conferences and broader team initiatives while maintaining a high standard of administrative support
