• Previous experience in a guest service, porter or valet role within a hotel or luxury environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an authentic, engaging style.
• A calm, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of handling luggage and being on your feet throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming, reflecting a luxury hotel standard.
