Job summary

SMCP Asia Limited in Sydney is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join SANDRO and MAJE stores across Sydney. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our Parisian fashion brands with professionalism.

You will welcome customers, offer styling advice, process transactions on POS, maintain knowledge of current collections, and support stock and visual merchandising while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interest in current fashion trends and styling.
• Able to use POS systems and handle sales transactions.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Presentable with attention to store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current collections and key features.
• Keep store displays neat, organized and well stocked.
• Assist with visual merchandising and window displays.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support stock management, including receiving and pricing merchandise.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold policies.
