The Lune Co in Sydney's Rosebery production kitchen is seeking a part-time Kitchen Hand to join a tight-knit team. The role is 35 hours across 5 days, with dishwashing, basic prep, and high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is required.
• Minimum 6 months kitchen porter experience essential.
• Able to learn Cube terminology and processes.
• Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Able to multitask in a high-volume kitchen.

We're looking for a part-timeKitchen Hand (35 hours across 5 days) to join the Lune Sydney team at our Rosebery production kitchen. This role is ideal for reliable, positive person who enjoys fast-paced work and takes pride in keeping a high-volume production kitchen running smoothly. You'll be part of a tight-knit team delivering the care, craft, and warmth that define everything we do.

What the role involves

• A hands-on role, mostly focused on supporting theCubelamination, production space
• Dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Basic kitchen prep and organisation
• Following systems to uphold cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Learning Cube terminology and processes

About you

• Calm under pressure when in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Communicates clearly and works well in a team
• Is open to feedback and enjoys routine and structure
• Previous KP experience (+6 months is essential)
• Has full working rights in Australia and flexible availability
