Job summary

The Lune Co Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our newest venue with warmth, precision, and a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor a high-performing Front of House team, oversee daily operations, and drive service excellence across the venue. This senior role emphasizes pastry-led hospitality, strong communication, and a calm, confident leadership style. Training may occur in Brisbane as progress is made.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years leadership experience in a similar role or high calibre venue.
• Barista experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and inspiring the Front of House team to deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences.
• Managing day-to-day venue operations including staffing, rostering and service delivery.
• Supporting team growth through coaching, training and development.
• Overseeing administrative, financial and operational requirements including stock control, labour management and venue reporting.
• Ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Front of House Manager to lead our Gold Coast team. This is a unique opportunity to join Lune in a senior leadership role where you will shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and set the standard for excellence for our Pacific Fair guests.

You’ll play a key role in bringing the Lune experience to life every day, leading with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and team members.

We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. Please note, this training may take place in Brisbane and more details to be shared with progressed candidates.

What the role involves:

• Have 2+ years leadership experience in a similar role or high calibre venue
• Barista experience is desirable (but not essential)

• Have strong communication and organisational skills and a motivation to drive their teams to success
• Lead by example with a calm, consistent approach
