Job summary

The Lune Co on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our tight-knit team at Lune Pac Fair. You will shape the guest experience, manage daily operations, and set the standard for warm, genuine hospitality.

This full-time role offers training and development opportunities and a positive, values-led culture. Applicants should have 2+ years of leadership in hospitality and full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in a similar role or high calibre venue.
• Barista experience is desirable (but not essential).
• Bring resilience, accountability, confidence, and flexibility to their work.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and inspiring Front of House team to deliver warm guest experiences.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the venue, including staffing, rostering and service delivery.
• Supporting team growth through coaching, training and ongoing development.
• Overseeing administrative, financial and operational requirements, including stock control, labour management and venue reporting.
• Ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Front of House Manager to lead our Gold Coast team. This is a unique opportunity to join Lune in a senior leadership role where you will shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and set the standard for excellence for our Pacific Fair guests.

You'll play a key role in bringing the Lune experience to life every day, leading with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while fostering a positive and engaging environment for both guests and team members.

We believe in comprehensive training and development in order to maintain our standards and consistency across the brand. Please note, this training may take place in Brisbane and more details to be shared with progressed candidates.
