Uniting AgeWell is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker in Ballarat to help older people live independently at home. The role involves delivering personalised care and support across clients’ homes within the community.
You will work part-time with guaranteed 20 hours per fortnight, needing daytime availability on at least three weekdays. The position offers excellent pay, salary packaging, annual leave loading, and career development opportunities within our Victoria network.
Qualifikationen
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in home care, aged care, or disability support is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben
- Provide personal care and domestic support to clients.
- Assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry and household tasks.
- Support independence, wellbeing and community connection for clients.
- Monitor client wellbeing and report concerns to the care team.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to deliver coordinated care.
