Zusammenfassung

Sydney Silverchain is seeking a Home Care Worker to support older clients in Blacktown and surrounding areas. A Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support, with at least 6 months of experience, is required to help clients maintain independence and wellbeing in their homes.

The position offers an award rate of $36.23 per hour plus super and paid kilometers, plus an employee benefits program and tax‑advantaged salary packaging options. CPR and First Aid courses are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability.
• 6 months experience in a similar home care role.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care such as assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and medication support.
• Perform domestic tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Offer social support and companionship and assist with appointments.
• Complete care notes and communicate with care coordinators and families.
