Bupa Dental in Grafton seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager, coach a high-performing team, and manage patient services. You will oversee reception duties, appointments, and accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in health reception or practice management, strong leadership, and willingness to learn dental operations. Flexibility to work Saturdays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager in coaching and developing a high-performing team.
• Oversee patient management including greeting, inquiries, appointments, and accounts.
• Manage daily takings and billing processes, including HICAPS processing.
• Monitor and contribute to financial performance and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
• Assist with staff onboarding, training and performance guidance.
• Collaborate with dentists and practice teams to maintain smooth operations.
