Job summary

Helthcarelink Support is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based care for older adults in aged-care settings on a part-time basis. You will deliver targeted interventions to improve mobility, balance and functional independence, working across residential and community aged-care environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy, current AHPRA registration, and at least 2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and current General AHPRA registration.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience—preferably in aged care or allied health settings.
• Hold Full working rights Visa.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude.
• Interest in elderly wellbeing and ability to work 2 days/week in the listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry
• Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
• Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions
