Novotel Sydney City Centre, located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our busy restaurant and breakfast service. You will deliver friendly service, take orders, and help deliver dining experiences that guests remember.

You’ll need customer-focused skills, flexibility across weekdays and weekends, and the stamina to stand for long periods. NSW RSA and eligible working rights are required.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar role or customer facing position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster.
• The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods of time and lift heavy items.
• A valid NSW RSA.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Job Description

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a part time Food & Beverage Attendant.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This may be across our breakfast service and in our bustling restaurant for lunch & dinner service.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant You Will

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide menu recommendations
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
• Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
