Job summary

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, nestled in Novotel Sydney City Centre our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a part time Food & Beverage Attendant.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. You will take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a clean dining area and high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or customer facing position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends working a rotating roster.
• The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• A valid NSW RSA
• Valid Australian working rights

Responsibilities
