Job summary

Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) seeks a Program Manager – Family Violence Services to lead operational and clinical oversight across Boronia, Kew, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on guiding practitioners, ensuring service quality and safety, and managing program performance.

This part-time, permanent position is nine days per fortnight with a pro-rata base salary in the range of $142,327 to $146,341 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology; 5 years’ family violence experience.
• 3 years’ team leadership experience.
• Advanced risk assessment and management skills, with knowledge of Victoria’s family violence service system.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical oversight of family violence programs.
• Lead and support family violence practitioners.
• Oversee service quality and safety, and manage program performance and compliance.
• Maintain sector partnerships to ensure evidence-based, outcomes-focused service delivery.
