Job summary

Accor is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant for Birdie at Novotel Sydney City Centre in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, excellent communication, flexible weekday/weekend availability, ability to stand for long periods, and a valid NSW RSA. Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or customer facing position
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability across weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster
• The physical capacity to stand and move for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment
• A valid NSW RSA
• Valid Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide menu recommendations
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of dining spaces and working areas
• Uphold a high standard of guest service to create memorable dining experience
