Job summary

Pullman Melbourne City is seeking a food and beverage attendant for part-time and casual shifts in Eva's Restaurant and hotel outlets. You will deliver warm, efficient service, seat guests, take orders, and ensure pristine dining areas in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• RSA certification and Australian work rights required.
• Flexible availability including days, nights and weekends.
• Cocktail/bar experience preferred.
• Previous experience in busy fine dining or À la carte settings desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus professionally.
• Maintain clean, tidy stations and set tables per standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Prepare cocktails, operate the bar, and deliver meals with warmth.
• Support in-room dining service with attention to detail.
