Dunsborough Primary School, part of the Department of Education, Western Australia, seeks an executive leader for 0.6 FTE. Commencing Term 1, 2027, the role is part-time and sits within the Executive Leadership Team alongside Principal and other leaders.

The successful candidate will design structures, lead data-driven coaching, and drive literacy and teaching excellence. The role emphasises collaboration, interpersonal engagement with families and staff, and a strong commitment to student

Formación

• Experience leading a school and designing structures across a school to support staff responsibilities and improved outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and engage staff, families and students.
• Proven ability to lead data-informed practice, coaching and performance development processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Executive Leadership Team with the Principal, Associate Principals and Manager of Corporate Services to ensure the right work is done well.
• Design and implement structures across the school that clarify roles and improve student outcomes.
• Oversee data use, performance and development processes, and instructional coaching implementation.
• Potential teaching component may be included alongside 0.6 FTE Associate Principal responsibilities.
