Job summary

Esperance Senior High School in Western Australia is seeking an experienced educational leader for a 0.5 FTE Associate Principal – Quality Teaching role, alongside a 0.5 FTE teaching position. The fixed-term appointment runs 36 months from Term 1, 2027, with potential permanency.

The successful applicant will lead the school’s Quality Teaching Strategy, oversee professional learning, and drive the Strategic Plan 2026-2028.

• Experience leading school-wide instructional improvement and professional learning.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and evaluate impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, students, families and external partners.
