NIDA The National Institute of Dramatic Art in Kensington, NSW, is seeking a Payroll Officer on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE) to manage the weekly casual payroll and related tasks. The base salary is 80,985 AUD per year, with 12% superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.

This role requires payroll experience and accuracy, with duties including timesheet validation, processing, record keeping and responding to payroll enquiries. Closes 13 November 2026.

Formación

• You will bring proven payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of Australian payroll requirements.
• Organised and collaborative, you can manage payroll deadlines, resolve queries, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to payroll process improvements.
• Experience with payroll and workforce management systems will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• The Payroll Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of NIDA’s weekly casual payroll, including timesheet validation, payroll processing, record keeping and payroll enquiries.
• Working closely with employees and managers, the role ensures payroll compliance, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and provides broader payroll support during peak periods and as required.
