Formación

• Ability to build relationships with participants and employers
• Ability to set clear employment goals and action plans
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills

Responsabilidades

• One-on-one with participants to set employment goals and action plans
• Build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities
• Promote participants' strengths and match to suitable roles
• Support participants before and after placement for sustainable employment
• Identify barriers and coordinate training or support services
• Manage caseloads and ensure program compliance
• Represent Sureway in the local community to raise awareness
