Kool Beanz Casuarina in NSW is seeking a passionate Assistant Educator (Certificate III) for a part-time role. You will support the educator team, engage children, and contribute to EYLF aligned programs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working toward qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the educator team to deliver engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and child-led learning.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the local community.
• Assist the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Provide flexible support across rooms as a Float Educator to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
