The Hills Shire Council is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to supervise children, implement play-based programs, and partner with families to support safety and wellbeing. This permanent part-time role is grounded in the National Quality Framework and EYLF, with a focus on building trusting relationships.

You will hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, First Aid and CPR, CHCPRT025, NSW Working with Children Check, and a Class C NSW Driver's Licence.

Formación

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current First Aid - Education and Care Setting and CPR required.
• CHCPRT025 Child Protection training certificate required.
• NSW Working with Children Check required.
• Driver's Licence (Class C) NSW required.

Responsabilidades

• Actively supervise children and ensure their wellbeing.
• Develop and implement activities aligned with the National Quality Framework, collaborating with families, children, and staff to meet standards.
• Maintain safety standards and act as a first aid officer when needed.
• Create an environment where children feel emotionally secure and valued.
• Deliver play-based learning programs aligned with NQF and EYLF V.2 responsive to children's interests.
