Westhaven Ltd in New South Wales is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Support Worker to deliver person-centred care across Adult and Children Services. You will provide personalised care, support community engagement, and assist with daily living activities for clients of all ages.

The role requires flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings and sleepovers, with a structured, predictable schedule and pro-rata paid leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver's Licence, First Aid/CPR, WWCC, and NDISWC.
• Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Eligibility to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Personalised care: assist clients of all ages with daily living, emotional support, and personal care.
• Community engagement: plan and attend appointments, school activities, and outings to support inclusion.
• Mentorship: create a safe, nurturing environment for children while promoting independence for adults.
• Administration: complete daily case notes, incident reports, and essential tasks.
