Job summary

Westhaven Ltd in Dubbo NSW is seeking experienced Support Workers to empower adults with disabilities and enable them to live life on their terms. This role offers flexible roster options, 24/7 availability, and a pathway to Team Leader roles.

You will provide daily living support, assist with appointments and community access, and maintain thorough case notes. A NSW Driver’s Licence, First Aid & CPR, NDISWC, WWCC, RCWR listing are essential.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC).
• WWCC clearance.
• Willingness to consent to being listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).

Responsibilities

• Guide daily living skills and support individual personal care.
• Enable active community access, social engagement, and key appointments.
• Complete daily case notes, incident reports, and essential administrative tasks.
• Work flexibly across various age groups and client needs.
