Job summary

VERTO is seeking a part-time Employment Support professional based in Lismore to empower people with disabilities to secure meaningful work. You will provide tailored, strength-based support, assist with resumes and applications, and help participants progress toward sustainable employment. Travel to regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Team player with good time management.
• Target-driven and adaptable.
• Excellent administration skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment.
• Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets.
• Build employer and community networks.
• Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support.
• Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations.
• Maintain accurate records and program compliance.
