Job summary

Brown Family Wine Group in Milawa, Victoria, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join three days per week (Wed–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm). You will be the first point of contact for customers across Australia and New Zealand, handling orders and inquiries with a focus on high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration or support.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage priorities and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers across AU and NZ.
• Collaborate with Sales and Warehousing to ensure seamless service.
• Record customer feedback and update records.
• Assist with service improvement projects.
• Manage and update customer data in company systems.
