Job summary

NAB Sale Branch is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role based in Sale, Victoria. You will be the face of NAB, helping customers and guiding everyday banking transactions to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Hours are set to Monday–Thursday 9:00am–4:30pm and Friday 9:00am–5:30pm, with a strong emphasis on delivering quality service, teamwork and inclusive, customer-focused interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB’s Sale Branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure
