Job summary

Commonry Pty is expanding across Myer nationally, and we are seeking a part-time Concession Supervisor to lead our Miranda pad. You will foster a passionate team, deliver an elevated customer experience, and drive sales through product knowledge and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with exceptional service.
• Eye for detail and passion for styling and visuals.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen to drive sales and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster (25 hours a week)
