Commonry Pty is seeking a Concession Supervisor for the Myer Indooroopilly pad to lead a small, passionate team. You will drive an exceptional customer experience, manage rosters, and coach team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in retail.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to motivate a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships with outstanding service.
• Passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and handle back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday roster.
