Job summary

Commonry is expanding its presence with Myer Mackay, seeking a Concession Supervisor to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage rosters while maintaining brand standards in the Myer Mackay concession.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday to Saturday (25 hours a week).
