Lismore City Council in NSW is seeking a part-time Gym & Fitness Assistant to welcome members on the gym floor, run inductions, and deliver personalised programs. The role includes conducting screenings and providing training sessions to help members achieve their goals.

Working 25 hours per week with potential additional hours, you will promote programs and maintain a welcoming, energetic gym environment while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage people of all fitness levels.
• Provide safe and effective exercise instruction and technique correction.
• Support members of varying ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and supporting members on the gym floor.
• Conducting member inductions and pre-exercise screenings.
• Developing personalised gym programs and completing program reviews.
• Providing personal training sessions when required.
• Promoting gym programs, services and seasonal campaigns.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly, motivating atmosphere.
