Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret and apply legislation
• Strong analytical, administrative and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and mediation skills
• Sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills
• A current Class C driver's licence
• Experience in local government investigations, enforcement or development compliance would be highly regarded
