Job summary

Loreto Kirribilli is seeking a proactive Communications Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team in a part-time capacity, three days per week. You will coordinate and produce our weekly newsletter and support a range of print, digital and event-based communications.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will adapt artwork, manage digital assets and help ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in a communications, marketing, publications, creative production or related support role.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva and Microsoft 365, or willingness to develop these skills.
• Experience with websites, content management systems and digital communications is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborative approach with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Genuine interest in supporting a leading educational community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce the weekly school newsletter, including content collation, formatting, proofreading and distribution prep.
• Assist with preparation, formatting and production of communications materials across print and digital platforms.
• Support adaptation and management of artwork, publications, digital assets and brand resources.
• Assist with website, email and digital communications updates.
• Support school events through signage, presentations and promotional materials.
• Coordinate production workflows, schedules, approvals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Content Editor, Digital Content Creator and Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality communications.
• Maintain the School's brand standards and communication style across materials.
