This is a part-time position (three days per week), working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Communications Assistant plays an important role in supporting the development and delivery of the School’s communications and promotional materials across print, digital and event-based channels. A key responsibility of the position is the coordination and production of the School’s weekly newsletter.
Coordinate and produce the weekly school newsletter, including collating content, formatting, proofreading and preparing communications for distribution.
Assist with the preparation, formatting and production of communications materials across print and digital platforms.
Support the adaptation and management of artwork, publications, digital assets and brand resources.
Assist with website, email and digital communications updates.
Support school events through the preparation of signage, presentations and promotional materials.
Coordinate production workflows, schedules, approvals and project deadlines.
Work collaboratively with the Content Editor, Digital Multimedia Content Creator and Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality communications.
