Job summary

W Sydney is seeking bartenders for the Pool Bar, Living Room Bar and BTWN Restaurant to focus on guest service and cocktail creation. Opportunities for both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a collaborative team environment and supportive management.

The role emphasizes supervising daily beverage operations, upselling, and contributing to menu planning. You will work to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold safety and quality standards across the bar areas.

Qualifications

• Selecting ingredients, garnishing, and serving beverages.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink orders.
• Learning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure legal age for alcohol.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area; removing trash and washing glasses.
