Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate daily room allocations and schedules.
• Prepare and distribute daily allocation sheets.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and priority rooms.
• Inspect rooms and public areas.
• Monitor productivity and workflow.
• Communicate between room attendants and supervisors.
• Handle guest requests and special requirements.
• Manage cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Maintain room status, DND reports and service logs.
• Support the team with daily operational issues.
• Ensure health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
