Job summary
LDK Seniors Living is seeking a Part-time Clinical Educator to develop and deliver high-quality education, training and mentoring for our care workforce across villages. You will work closely with Care teams to enhance competency and ensure safe, person-centred care.
The role requires travel between villages and ongoing education program development. This hands-on, collaborative position emphasises embedding best practice, clinical governance, and continuous improvement, with two rostered shifts
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in clinical education, training or mentoring within aged care or a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to improve practice and performance.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining contemporary clinical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver education and training aligned to LDK's care education framework.
- Travel across LDK villages and provide flexible education services.
- Support competency development and workforce capability.
- Embed best practice and ensure consistent care delivery across villages.
