The role is based at St Lucia, with a possible earlier start date and an initial term of up to 12 months, commencing in early 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnerships or program management.
• Strong operational and project management capability.
• Excellent written communication tailored for academic, policy, industry audiences.
• Ability to translate complex research into clear outputs.
• Experience across academia, policy, industry or not-for-profit sectors.
• Collaborative and inclusive approach; build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, coordinate industry and policy engagement.
• Translate research findings into briefing notes, reports, impact summaries and outputs.
• Coordinate projects, events, budgets, timelines, reporting, grant administration and compliance.
• Navigate university systems, procurement, HR processes, events, communications; seek continuous improvement.
