Job summary

BCR is seeking a proactive Part-Time Client Engagement & Marketing Coordinator in Sydney. This hands-on role focuses on Content Production, Client Follow-up, and Meeting & Event Engagement, supporting senior management and the business development team to convert market insights into opportunities. Employment Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week).

Remuneration: $30–$40 per hour + superannuation. Mandarin and English speaking required.

Qualifications

Strong Mandarin and English communication skills (written and spoken).
Excellent written communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and confident communicating with clients.
Interest and passion for global financial markets, investments, or FinTech.
Familiarity with WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or other digital platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Content Production: produce and distribute financial market and product-related content.
Repurpose market insights into WeChat, Xiaohongshu, short-form video, and client communications.
Research market news, economic data, and competitor activity.
Support webinar, seminar, and campaign content (target: 3–5 outputs per week).
CRM & Reporting: maintain client and prospect information; update follow-ups and meeting outcomes; track activity and prepare simple weekly reports.
