Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant for Aura Luxury Retirement Resort in Findon. You will deliver table service to residents, families and guests, take orders and assist with food and beverage delivery, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere in a premium setting.

This permanent part-time role requires café/restaurant hospitality experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people.
• Experience using ordering or cash register systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and allergy awareness.
• Collaborative approach to teamwork across dining, café, bar and kitchen support activities.
• Willingness to work the advertised roster and occasional extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents, their families and guests.

Shift Pattern:

Tuesday - 9:30am-2:30pm

Thursday - 9:30am-2:30pm

Friday - 9:30am-2:30pm

About the Role

Join the team at Sapphires, our vibrant café, restaurant, and bar located within Aura Luxury Retirement Resort.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents, their families, and guests.

Working in a premium hospitality environment, you will provide friendly and professional table service, take food and beverage orders, prepare dining areas, assist with food and beverage delivery, process payments, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Working closely with the kitchen and hospitality teams, you will communicate orders accurately, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, support the service of meals, and assist with general kitchen duties, including dishwashing when required.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a premium hospitality environment while helping create memorable experiences for our residents and their guests.
