Job summary

IRT Kirrawee Place Residential Care Home in Sydney is seeking friendly Part-Time Cafe Attendants to serve residents, families and visitors with welcoming coffee and food service. Roles involve making beverages, taking orders, handling payments and maintaining a clean cafe environment across various days and shifts.

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred; training will be provided. A desire to support older people and work well as part of a small team is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, cafe or customer service roles.
• Confident in using a coffee machine and preparing quality beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages.
• Take orders and handle payments.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents, families and visitors.
• Keep cafe clean and well-presented.
• Restock cafe supplies and monitor stock levels.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
