The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, solid payroll and GST knowledge, and a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or equivalent).

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years' bookkeeping experience.
• Sound knowledge of payroll, superannuation, GST and bookkeeping processes.
• Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Experience within property, real estate, professional services, or commission-based businesses will be highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable and creditor payments.
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• End-to-end payroll processing, including superannuation and leave management.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with compliance obligations.
• Managing inter-company transactions and loan accounts across related entities.
• Monitoring ATO obligations and compliance requirements.
• Commission calculations and payment processing.
• Liaising with external accountants and professional advisors.
• Preparing information for BAS, payroll tax, and year-end reporting.
• Providing occasional administrative support to the Directors and broader team.
