Job summary

The Body Shop Australia Pty is currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work 19.75 hours per week in our Darwin store. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

You will learn our customers’ needs, recommend fantastic products, and uphold the values and philosophy of The Body Shop while following company procedures. Availability Monday through Sunday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player and open to daily coaching/ feedback from the Store and Assistant Manager.
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic.
• Availability Monday through to Sunday.

TUESDAY: RDO

WEDNESDAY: 10:45am – 5:45pm

THURSDAY: RDO

FRIDAY: 2:30pm – 9:15pm

SATURDAY: 8:45am – 5:15pm

SUNDAY: RDO

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key duties:

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
