Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Part Time Beauty Advisor rostered to rotate approximately 23.75 hours per week in Western Australia. You will help customers find products that make them feel great while delivering exceptional service on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include learning customer needs, recommending products, upholding brand values, and contributing to sales targets with a passion for beauty and a collaborative team mindset.

• Previous retail experience is preferred

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work (XX) hours per week on a rotating roster!

Week 1 23.75 Hours Per Week

TUES 11-4pm

WED 11-3pm

THUR 9-5pm

FRI 9-5.45pm

Week 2 23.75 hours per week: Enter Specific days and shifts for the week

MON 9-5.45pm

FRI 12-3pm

SAT 9-5.15pm

SUN 11-5.15pm

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Duties

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

What We Look For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.

• The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
