Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking a Part Time Beauty Advisor to join our team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, with shifts including Thurs 9am-2pm, Fri 9am-5.45pm, Sat 9am-5.15pm.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, learn customer needs, and recommend products while upholding company values. Previous retail experience and a passion for beauty are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
• A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
• The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday.
