Job summary

The Body Shop Australia is seeking Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors to support our Canberra store teams with exceptional customer service on the shop floor.

You will learn customer needs, recommend The Body Shop products, and uphold our values while following store procedures. A genuine passion for beauty and strong communication skills are important, with availability across Monday to Sunday preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
• Team player and open to daily coaching/feedback from Store Manager.
• Genuine passion for beauty and retail industry.
• Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
• Active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic.

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for Seasonal Casual Beauty Advisors.

Your role in a nutshell

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key duties:

• The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
• Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
• Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

What we look for
